The economy is in bad shape. An incredible number of Americans is unemployed. But whether you’re looking for work, you’re at work or you’re avoiding work completely, you’re probably using a computer – one that is most likely going to freak out and reduce your productivity now and again. Those frazzled moments are when tech support has to come through.
